FOXBORO -- Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has the capability to render his teammates speechless with what he can do on the field. Last week, receiver Julian Edelman said he looks like an eighth-grader running around with a bunch of second-graders. And on Wednesday, Bills coach Rex Ryan suggested that only King Kong could defend Gronkowski one-on-one.
But when magician Mat Franco visited Foxboro, it was Gronkowski's turn to be awed.
Franco, whose show "Mat Franco's Got Magic" airs on NBC tonight from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., met with Gronkowski inside the Patriots practice field house and promptly blew the All-Pro's mind.
