On Thursday, Roger Goodell faced questions as to why there has been no discipline handed down to Colts owner Jim Irsay.
Irsay was arrested in March, charged last week for operating a vehicle under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
Commissioner Roger Goodell says the "process is important" in handing down punishment.
"We like to get the facts, we like to be thorough and we like to understand them." said Goodell. "Charges were just filed last week… You can judge us when we make our final determinations, which you undoubtedly will."
