WHAT TO LOOK FOR

-- If the Patriots win the AFC East championship today, they will tie the 1973-79 Los Angeles Rams for most consecutive division titles (seven) in NFL history.

-- If the Patriots win today, it will be Bill Belichick's 13th season as a head coach with at least 11 or more wins, which would tie Don Shula for the NFL record. Belichick has won 11 or more games 11 times with the Patriots, and once with the Browns.

-- Belichick is one of five head coaches to win six consecutive division titles (2009-14); the others are Paul Brown (1950-55), Tom Landry (1966-71), Bud Grant (1973-78) and Chuck Noll (1974 -79). If the Patriots win the AFC East this year, Belichick will set the NFL coaching record with seven straight titles.

-- Belichick has 12 division titles as a head coach and needs one more to tie Landry and Shula for 13, the most division titles among all head coaches.

-- If Brady throws a touchdown pass today, he will break a tie with Dan Marino and move into third place on the NFL's list of career touchdown passes. He and Marino both have 420 TD passes. Peyton Manning is first at 539 and Brett Favre is second at 508.

-- Rob Gronkowski (64) needs five touchdowns to move past Stanley Morgan (68) and become the all-time leader in touchdowns for the Patriots.

-- Gronkowski (63) needs five receiving touchdowns to move past Stanley Morgan (67) and become the all-time leader in receiving touchdowns for the Patriots.
