Mike Flynn of 98.5 The Sports Hub, a former NFL offensive lineman with the Baltimore Ravens, says Jonathan Martin, at the center of the alleged bullying by his Miami Dolphins teammate Richie Incognito, may have a tough time finding a job in the NFL again.

Martin, an offensive lineman, has left the Dolphins, reportedly after the hazing and alleged bullying of Incognito and other Dolphins teammates became too much to bear.

"I think he can play in the league, he has some talent," Flynn said. "But if you've seen him play, he's a very soft player."

Flynn said he didn't think Martin would be black-balled in the NFL but questioned whether another team would want to deal with the media circus that might surround Martin should he sign with another team.
