It appears to be getting weirder down in Miami.
On Wednesday, Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes met with the media in the locker room and faced a barrage of questions about his wife Miko’s incendiary Twitter comments.
As a visibly uncomfortable Grimes tried to talk with reporters, teammates chanted through the early portion of his media session.
Longtime Dolphins beat writer Armando Salguero from the Miami Herald detailed a locker room scene that seemed to have a last-day-of-school feel to it.
Aside from the Grimes scene, questions posed to quarterback Ryan Tannehill – who’s been lacerated by Miko Grimes’ commentary – centered mainly around his reaction to her comments and the state of the Dolphins.
Safe to say, the state is currently a sorry one.
