Julian Edelman is back practicing, but Patriots Insider Tom E. Curran doesn't think that means he's necessarily ready to return to game action.
“I wouldn’t hasten to believe that just because Edelman is out there practicing that he’s necessarily a definite to play,” said Curran. “Nobody though has a greater interest in making sure the player is good to go than the Patriots. Obviously they pay him. He trusts them. And the Patriots medical staff is going to labor . . . to make sure they have trust and integrity intact with every single player.”
