CSNNE.com Patriots insider Tom E. Curran and Mike Giardi of "SportsNet Central," take their weekly look at the Pats opponent in "3 and Out."

This week, the Patriots visit Cincinnati. Here are their three keys vs. the Bengals:

1. Tough turnaround: After the late Sunday night game (a 30-23 Patriots victory over the Falcons), Pats face a tough turnaround after a late arrival back in New England on Monday morning and then back out to Cincy for the Sunday game.

2. Pick your poison: The Bengals have plent of offensive weapons, beginning with quarterback Andy Dalton. They also boast an inside-outside running game of ex-Pat Benjarvus Green-Ellis and rookie Giovani Bernard. Curan said look for the Bengals to try and exploit the absence of Vince Wilfork by challenging the Patriots with their running game between the tackles.

3. Stout up front: The Bengals front seven is solid, and Curran said to pay particular attention to their three linebackers. "Three nasty individuals," he called them: Ex-Steeler James Harrison, hard-hitting Vontaze Burfict and Rey Maualuga.
