Krejci's drive for consistency is paying off for Bruins

It was no secret David Krejci was pretty upset when last season finally ended with a first round exit courtesy of the Washington Capitals.

The center was angry that his team had fallen in the first round of the playoffs, and personally peeved at his own individual performance during an underwhelming series. A single goal and a zero plusminus in seven playoff games was not even close to the standards of a player that finished with 23 points in 25 games during the 2011 Stanley Cup playoffs.

Krejci was clearly embarrassed by the minus-5 rating he finished with last season after leading the NHL in plusminus three years prior with a plus-37.
