Caron's hat trick leads active group of Bruins

A lot of firsts in an offensive explosion for the Providence Bruins during a 4-3 win over the Manchester Monarchs on Friday at the Verizon Wireless Center.

NHL refugee Jordan Caron collected his first career hat trick in pro hockey before the second period had ended, Chris Bourque registered his first point in a Bruins uniform with an assist and rookie Ryan Spooner collected the first of what most expect to be a plethora of goals this season in victory over the LA Kings farm team.

The P-Bruins had been 0-2 on the season, so that also marks their first win of a season in which they hope to snap a three-year streak of failing to qualify for the playoffs.
The P-Bruins will look to even their record to .500 with a win over the Springfield Falcons on Saturday, and well have live coverage from the MassMutual Center on Saturday night.

Seguin has 2 goals and 5 assists in 7 games thus far in the Swiss-A League and continues to skate on a line with former UNH forward Jakub Micflikier. He also tweeted a picture from the team bus during the 3hour commute to the arena in Lugano this morning.3.5 hour drive to Lugano.
