Bergeron missing from practice

WILMINGTON, Mass.Sound the alarm bells and ring the warning horns because Patrice Bergeron isnt on the Ristuccia Arena practice ice on Tuesday morning.

Well, not really.

Bergeron is missing from the Bruins practice prior to Wednesday nights Game 7, but is most likely sitting out for a maintenance day while he rests whatever has been ailing him since the second period of Game 5 in Boston. Bergeron told 98.5 The Sports Hub Tuesday morning that he will be playing in Game 7.

Joe Corvo was on the practice ice after missing Game 6 with a knee issue after taking a Mike Green shot off the inside of his leg, but it appeared that Mike Mottau might be getting the call for Game 7.

Corvo is skating with Andrew Bodnarchuk on the extra defensemen pairing, and Greg Zanon is paired with Mottau as they were while winning Game 6 in Washington DC.

Here are the lines at Bs practice:

Lucic-Krejci-Seguin
Marchand-Peverley-Caron
Rolston-Kelly-Pouliot
Paille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Seidenberg
Ference-Boychuk
Zanon-Mottau
Bodnarchuk-Corvo
