Gronkowski thanks fans for support

Rob Gronkowski has returned to Twitter.

Since last we heard from the big tight end, the Patriots lost Super Bowl XLVI, he was caught dancing shirtless at a postgame party, and he had ankle surgery. Now, he's back on the Twittersphere to thank his fans for all their support.

Thanks for all the support too throughout my surgery! Grinding everyday to get back & already excited for what next season brings! Love ya! Rob Gronkowski (@RobGronkowski) February 14, 2012

Gronkowski had surgery on Friday and could be ready to participate in off-season workouts in about 10 weeks.
