Tucker: ‘Patriots still as good as anybody'

Share

NBC SportsTalk's Ross Tucker joined CSNNE's Bob Neumeier on SportsNet Central to discuss what he thinks about the Patriots after their loss to the 49ers Sunday night.

Tucker is still pretty high on New England -- very high, actually.

"I really don't feel very much differently than I have for the last ten games or so. I still think they're as good as anybody, Bob. If you wanted to pick one team right now to win the Super Bowl, I think most people in the NFL would probably still pick the Patriots. Even with all those different teams out there, there's just a certain amount of trust there."

You can argue that it was the best thing for them, even though they may have to go on the road and play Wild Card Weekend.

Speaking of the Wild Card Weekend game, the Patriots could be in line to play the Steelers or Bengals, assuming they stay in the No. 3 seed.
