Brandon Spikes' nasty blindside block on Bills tight end Scott Chandler cost him 21,000.
The league fined Spikes for the hit on Chandler in the second half of last week's game in Buffalo following an interception by Devin McCourty.
Chandler suffered a concussion on the hit but is expected to play this week for Buffalo.
