Ryan a wicked Pats fan?

Apparently when you lose ninety pounds like Rex Ryan did, your whole set of values is reversed. In Adam Sandler's new movie, "That's My Boy" Rex Ryan plays a diehard, or as us New Englanders would say, a "wicked" Pats fan. Ryan's character has a giant poster of Tom Brady in his office, so this could be the start of some trouble in paradise with Gesel over there. Chris Mannix spoke to the Jet's coach earlier today about his big screen debut.

When Mannix asked Rex if he was open to the idea of playing a Patriots fan on screen, the Jets coached replied, "I was open to it, there was no doubt." Ryan described the experience of working with Adam Sandler as very enjoyable. But here comes the moment of controversy. In the film Rex has a Bill Bilichick bobblehead doll on his deck and he refers to it as "The Genius". When Mannix asked if Ryan had kept the Tom Brady poster, he replied with no comment, but mentioned that the bobblehead doll of Coach Belichick may have been destroyed. As usual, before the season has even started the Jets coach is already taking cheap shots. Just because Rex has lost ninety pounds, does not mean that whatever is left of him cannot do some damage to a bobblehead.
