Return of Hernandez a game-time decision?

FOXBORO -- Aaron Hernandez had limited participation all week at practice, but was not present at the media portion of Friday's practice as the Patriots prepare for their trip to Seattle.

Still, prior to Friday's session, coach Bill Belichick even went so far as to call Hernandez a potential "game-time decision" as the tight end gets closer to returning from an ankle sprain.

"We'll just have to see how it goes here," said Belichick. "He practiced late last week and then did some things yesterday and Wednesday. So we'll see how he is today. We'll see if that set him back or didn't set him back, or how that went.

"And then we'll have the day to evaluate it on Saturday, and we'll see where we're at on Sunday," Belichick said. "So, I don't know. He could be a game-time decision. Maybe we'll know soon, depending on what information we have today, or before we leave. We'll just have to see how it goes."
