Rams adjusting well to time change in London

FOXBORO -- The Patriots travel to London on Thursday. The St. Louis Rams took a completely different approach to Sunday's game overseas, and decided to leave for London on Monday.

Rams coach Jeff Fisher talked about the strategy in a conference call on Wednesday morning, and he said he felt it would be best to put the travel behind them as early as possible.

"We talked to other clubs," said Fisher. "Ive been over here several times in the preseason in the American Bowls and we just felt that the fact that Rams owner Mr. Stan Kroenke has a facility here, we felt that it would probably be best to come over early to put the travel behind us and the time difference behind us and get settled. Thats what weve done thus far. I just, moments ago, got off the practice field and Im very pleased and proud with the way the guys have responded to the time change. They brought a lot of energy to the field. We had a great practice."

Rams quarterback Sam Bradford also believes his team had a solid practice on Wednesday, while the Patriots remain in New England.

"I thought we had a really good practice today," said Bradford after Wednesday's session in London. "Obviously, its been a long past two days, but it felt good to actually get outside and move around a little bit, after having been on the plane for close to eight hours and then yesterday really not doing much. So it was nice to get on the field. I thought we had a really solid Wednesday and well look to build on that tomorrow."
