EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Dan Koppen will have the heat on him Wednesday night in the Patriots preseason finale.Koppen, the longtime snapper for Tom Brady, is fighting for his job. He may be on the outside looking in when the team cuts to 53 on Friday. His fellow competitors for the job are all versatile enough to play guard and center. Koppen only plays center. Ryan Wendell, Dan Connolly and Donald Thomas will also take turns there. Sebastian Vollmer will start at right tackle. Marcus Cannon will relieve. The bulk of the Patriots starters will not play.
