FOXBORO - The Patriots were poised to make their final pick of the 2012 NFL Draft at around 3:20 Saturday afternoon.

Then deal-down Billy showed up.

Instead of making a pick with the 163rd overall pick, the Patriots made a trade with the Packers and got back picks 197, 224 and 235 from Green Bay.

New England originally acquired the 163rd pick from Green Bay when the Pack traded up with the Patriots for the 62nd pick.

New England hasn't made a selection since taking Arkansas defensive end Jake Bequette, at 90.
