Jones, Woodhead active for AFC Championship

FOXBORO -- Defensive end Chandler Jones and running back Danny Woodhead are active for New England's AFC Championship bout with the Ravens. Both suffered injuries -- a thumb for Woodhead and an ankle for Jones -- in last weekend's Divisional Playoff against Houston.
There are no real surprises among the Patriots inactives.
The seven sidelined players are the same who did not play against the Texans except for tight end Rob Gronkowski, who was placed on injured reserve earlier in the week. The Patriots brought up defensive lineman Marcus Forston to fill the 53-man roster's vacancy left by Gronkowski.
Forston is a healthy scratch today.
Tight end Daniel Fells, inactive last week as Gronkowski returned (only to break his forearm again), has been reinserted into the game day offense.
The Patriots had just five players on this week's injury report: CB Marquice Cole (finger), DE Chandler Jones (ankle), OL Nick McDonald (shoulder), DE Trevor Scott, and RB Danny Woodhead. All were probable for Sunday's game; McDonald is the only one who is inactive.
