Hernandez adamant about being left alone in locker room

FOXBORO -- Aaron Hernandez knew his ankle injury would get him a lot of attention in the locker room this week. He just didn't want anything to do with it.
Hernandez was injured last Sunday in New England's loss to the Cardinals.

The tight end was one of the first Patriots to appear Friday, limping barefoot over to his gear, and he made it clear with each slow step that he wanted to be left alone.
His exact words? Unprintable. But the bottom line, stressed in a joking tone, was that any reporters to bother him by sticking a camera or microphone in his face would regret it.
Hernandez eventually sat and strapped his right foot into a large walking boot. Crutches finished it off, though he also has a kind of rolling walker he can rest his knee on and scoot around in.
Photos of that thing were prohibited, per Hernandez. Of course.
