Gronkowski gets another practice in

FOXBORO -- Rob Gronkowski was at practice yet again for the Patriots. The tight end made his return in last Friday's session; he was limited, and inactive for Sunday's loss to San Francisco.
New England's only absences at the shorts and shells workout were quarterback Tom Brady and linebacker Mike Rivera.

No need to worry about Brady. The Patriots signal-caller was at his usual Wednesday morning press conference prior to the session. It's possible he either got a day off (he did throw 65 passes Sunday), or joined the team later.
Brady has missed late-season workouts before. In 2011, he skipped four between Week 17 and the AFC Championship. This afternoon's practice report will better outline the circumstances.
Rivera left Sunday's game with an ankle injury and did not return.
