Giardi: Bill O'Brien to stay at Penn State

Coach Bill O'Brien will be staying with Penn State University, according to CSNNE's Mike Giardi.
O'Brien informed PSU that he would be staying after interviewing with both the Cleveland Browns and the Philadelphia Eagles, Giardi tweeted Thursday.
O'Brien took over last year as coach after Penn State fired Joe Paterno amid a child sex abuse scandal.
"I'm not a one-and-done guy," O'Brien told David Jones of pennlive.com. "I made a commitment to these players at Penn State and that's what I am going to do.
"I'm a man of my word. I am what I am. Maybe I get fired in six years. But I'm not gonna cut and run after one year, that's for sure."
Giardi also tweeted that the Eagles were reportedly disappointed that O'Brien decided to stay.
"He was way up near the top of the ladder of candidates."
