The Patriots were whistled for just three accepted penalties Sunday against the Eagles. One of those declined has proved costly for OL Nate Solder.

The rookie has been slapped with a 7,500 fine for his third quarter clip committed on a Patriots third-and-4. The penalty was passed on and New England punted.

This is the first wallet-tap for Solder.
