So are the Patriots better off with Danny Amendola in the slot instead of Wes Welker?
Michael Felger and Glenn Ordway don't think so.
"If you're telling me Danny Amendola is better value than Wes Welker over the next two years, I don't know how anyone could believe that," Felger said Wednesday night on Uno's Sports Tonight.
"Oh, I don't believe it, either. And you don't believe it. But I think [the Patriots] do," replied Ordway. "And you might be right. It may be personal. I just think that they have a history of being extremely consistent about this stuff, and it's all about the value. All about the value."
What do you think? When you take everything -- age, production, et al -- into consideration, is Danny Amendola better value than Wes Welker?
