Fan reaction: Jekyll & Hyde game for Pats

Damon Amendolora of 98.5 The Sports Hub is taking the pulse of Patriots fans on social media following the 52-28 victory over the Bills.

Their reaction? A split decision, really. There is optimism over the offense, which really got going by scoring 35 unanswered points in the second half to turn a two-touchdown deficit into a near runaway.

Still, there is also pessimism over a defense that was burned in the first half and let the Bills pile up more than 400 yards of offense.

As "Max the Tax Collector" tweeted: "A Jekyll and Hyde game ... the best and worst of the Patriots on display."

There was also plenty of reaction to former Patriot wide receiver now CSNNE analyst Troy Brown's proclamation that the Pats' Brandon Spikes is the best linebacker at stopping the run in the NFL.

Patrick Willis of the 49ers and DeMarcus Ware of the Cowboys get some support out there from fans in cyberspace. Join the conversation on Twitter @csnne or on Facebook at facebook.comcsnne
