DENVERThe NBA trade deadline is only a few minutes away, and the Boston Celtics are still looking for a wing player.

The one Celtics player whose name has come up most often in potential trade scenarios has been Nate Robinson.

"The trade deadline, man, it is what it is," Robinson told CSNNE.com prior to the Celtics' morning shoot-around today.

Robinson, who came to Boston via trade about a year ago this time from New York, isn't overly concerned about being mentioned frequently as a potential trade chip.

"As long as you get to play basketball, that's all that matters," he said. "God blesses you every day. As long as you're in the NBA, that's a blessing. That's all that matters."

Boston has targeted a handful of wing players that they want to sign as a backup to Paul Pierce.

Marquis Daniels suffered a bruised spinal cord injury earlier this month. Danny Ainge, Boston's president of basketball operations, told CSNNE.com on Wednesday night that Daniels' injury may require surgery which may result in him not returning to the C's this season.

The Celtics' have identified Cleveland's Anthony Parker as their primary target. However, the Cavaliers are fielding a number of calls from teams looking to add Parker.

Among the C's stiffest competition is Chicago. Other players the C's have interest in include Rasual Butler of the Los Angeles Clippers and Corey Brewer who was recently acquired by New York but is currently being shopped around by the Knicks.
