BOSTON - Hanley Ramirez is out of the lineup for the fourth game in a row as the Red Sox open a three-game series at Fenway Park against the New York Yankees.
Ramirez missed the three-game series against the Mets over the weekend with a sore right shoulder.
Yankees right-hander Ivan Nova (5-6, 4.50 ERA) opposes Red Sox rookie left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez (7-5, 4.39) on the mound tonight.
