BOSTON -- John Farrell said all week that the Red Sox aren't giving up on Mike Napoli, and on Friday he proved it.
Napoli is back in the lineup at first base as the Sox open a crucial three-game series against the Yankees at Fenway Park. David Ortiz is once again at DH, with Hanley Ramirez returning to left field.
