Tonight's lineups: Red Sox vs. Rays

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- One night after Hanley Ramirez ran through third-base coach Brian Butterfield's stop sign and raced home -- and scored -- against the Rays, he's not in the Red Sox lineup.

But it's not disciplinary. It's nothing more than a regularly scheduled day off.

With the Sox in the midst of a 13-games-in-a-row stretch, and about to play their third straight on an articifical surface, Ramirez is getting a rest and will be replaced in left field by Allen Craig as Boston attempts to win the rubber game of its three-game series against Tampa Bay. Shane Victorino, who aggravated a hamstring pull on Wednesday night, also has the night off, replaced by Daniel Nava in right field.
