Clay Buchholz hasn't exactly looked like himself in the 2014 season.

Although the coaching staff has said Buchholz is healthy, John Tomase doesn't believe that is the case.

"There's something physically wrong with him." said Tomase on Sports Tonight, "Just look at him, he's throwing 89 to 91[MPH], he doesn't have the power on his fastball… He doesn't doesn't trust his fastball, he barely throws it."

Michael Felger brought up the fact that Buchholz spent the night at Fenway Park on Sunday night. Tomase says that wasn't a factor in his performance on Monday.

"The point is, how bad he has looked." continued Tomase, "The Clay Buchholz of last year could've had a 24-hour bender, and gone out to the mound and performed. This guy, he's not that guy. That's the issue."
