BOSTON -- Red Sox principal owner John Henry was injured Friday afternoon in an incident aboard his yacht. He walked off the yacht under his own power, wearing a neck brace, reported WBZs Radio Mike Macklin.

The Red Sox confirmed Henry was in a minor accident. According to WBZ: Sox president Larry Lucchino told WBZ there was a minor incident on the boat, but wouldnt elaborate. He said he expects Henry to be OK.

Henry was at Fenway Park earlier Friday to meet with Terry Francona, but left around. Henry drove out of Fenway Park, preceded by Francona, bench coach DeMarlo Hale, and followed by Sox chairman Tom Werner in separate vehicles.
