Hanley Ramirez is out again against the Rays and the Red Sox are rolling with a similar lineup from Saturday's 4-1 loss. The only difference is that Blake Swihart will be catching in place of Sandy Leon Sunday, as Justin Masterson makes his first start since returning from the DL. First pitch is at 1:10 p.m. at Tropicana Field.
