The Red Sox went from World Series Champions in 2013 to last place in the A.L. East in 2014.

With the team struggling, the Sports Tonight crew grades Ben Cherington's roster moves to this point.

"I don't think he's done anything well since the offseason began," said Marc "The Beetle" Bertrand. "How do you not give him a failing mark for what this team has done in free agency? Just look at the guys they [designated fir assignment] . . . Tell me, where has he done something right since the offseason started?"

Bob Neumeier wonders how a team can be so different over the course of just one year.

"He got an A-plus last year," said Neumeier. "How do you go from an A-plus one year to an F-minus? . . . Everything hasn't worked out. Last year, everything worked out for him."
