As Jon Lester continues his All-Star season for the Red Sox, his future has become a hot topic on The Baseball Show.

While Bob Neumeier believes the team should shop their ace, Sean McAdam explains why they can't let the veteran left-hander walk.

"They boxed themselves into a corner with their arrogance in Spring Training," said McAdam. "It's going to cost a lot more than it should, but they can still pull it out of the fire. But they have it."

Although Lester is on the wrong side of 30-years-old, McAdam doesn't see a reason to be concerned.

"A guy that has virtually no baseball related injuries in his career," explained McAdam. "Wants to stay here, walks around with a neon sign, 'please keep me,' and has been outstanding in October… I forget, where are the negatives again?
