Shane Victorino has played in just 21 games for the Red Sox this season.
On the Baseball Show, Lou Merloni discusses how many games the outfielder will play during the remainder of the season.
"I just don't see it this year with Shane Victorino," said Merloni. "Last year he dealt with a lot, now he can't overcome between the back and the hamstrings. We won't see him for another two or three weeks if you ask me. When he does come back, how soon before the hamstring or back go again?"
Is there something the Red Sox can do to fill the void?
"I think this is the area they have to address at the trade deadline, a big bat at the corner outfield."
