Looking back on the last week, 3 Up, 3 Down takes a look at the state of the Red Sox.

3 Up

Jackie Bradley Jr.

JBJ has been raking at the plate, hitting .400 over his last six games. Not to mention that ridiculous catch.

David Ortiz

Big Papi was tops on the team with eight RBI this week.

Jon Lester

Red Sox owners can feel their wallets getting lighter with each gem from Lester, who continues one of the best campaigns of his career. In two starts this week, the Red Sox ace recorded a microscopic 0.60 ERA.

3 Down

Burke Badenhop

Let's just put this stat line down here and let it speak for itself: 7 ER in just 1 2/3 innings. Ouch.

Mike Napoli

The big guy has gone quiet at the plate, hitting just .160 over the last week with 12 strikeouts.

Xander Bogaerts

At this point Bogaerts has to be wondering what else he could possibly do to break his slump.

Bogaerts has just three hits in his last 23 at-bats. He hasn't recorded an extra base hit in nearly a month.
