Wojnarowski: Pacers not trading George

Paul George to the Celtics? Nope, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. In fact, he might not be going anywhere, for now.

Wojnarowski tweeted minutes ahead of Thursday's 3 p.m. trade deadline that the Pacers had decided not to trade George. That leaves the Pacers in the position to trade him during the offseason or at the next trade deadline or risk losing him next summer in free agency.

From a Sam Amick tweet Thursday, that would figure to be a real risk. Amick tweeted Thursday that it has been made clear that George intends to sign with the Lakers as a free agent, which could have hurt his trade value.
