SI's Chris Mannix says there's a talent drop off after the Top 5 in the draft.

With the Celtics at 20-41 and falling fast, the rebuilding will likely continue with a lottery pick in the June draft.

How far will the C's have to fall to get a potential building-block player? Top 3? Top 5?

Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix joins Arbella Early Edition to discuss draft prospects.

"While there is talent all throughout and it is one of the deepest draft in memory, I'd say after the fifth pick there's a drop off. [Duke's Jabari] Parker, [Kansas' Joel] Embid, [Kansas' Andrew] Wiggins, [Australia's Dante] Exum, and [Kentucky's] Julius Randle. These guys are legit. These guys can step in right away and become foundation players."
