As the end of the regular season draws near, Celtics coach Brad Stevens takes stock of the current roster and future plans.
On the Avery Bradley-Rajon Rondo backcourt pairing:
"I think they can get better," says Stevens. "Especially learning each other defensively, and they’re starting to find a nice rhythm offensively.
"You really have guys that are starting to get a better feel for each other… It’s amazing how little they’ve played together."
On Bradley's future with the Celtics:
"I think he can get a lot better," says Stevens. "The things that we need him to do as we move into the future, are do more at the rim and more behind the line, and still without losing that great mid-range game that he has."
On goals for the remainder of the season:
"Continue to play hard," says Stevens. "Continue to learn more about the Avery and Rondo combination.
"We need to make sure we continue to build and grow and create some sort of positive momentum so you hit the ground running next October."
