Report: Allen could land in Chicago, Miami, New York

Just weeks after the Boston Celtics were eliminated from the playoffs by the Miami Heat, rumors surrounding Ray Allen's next team have already begun to circulate.

Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix was on the Dennis & Callahan show last week and he said he believes that Allen will have multiple suitors.

"There is going to be a ton of interest in Ray Allen in the offseason," Mannix said. "He's going to be able to pick and choose where he wants to play."

Mannix believes that Miami, New York, and Chicago are the most likely landing spots for the NBA's all-time leader in 3-pointers made.

Mannix added that Allen could possibly return to the Celtics, but his strained relationship with Rajon Rondo may keep him from signing with Boston.
