OK. There was no LeBron. Still, there was a near triple-double for Rajon Rondo. And a comeback victory over Miami is always a good thing.

Right, Cedric Maxwell?

"When you're a team that plays hard, eventuallly you're going to get rewarded," the ex-Celtic great and current C's radio analyst said on Sports Tonight. "They got rewarded tonight. I think they're going to get rewarded even more when the draft comes up."

And will Rondo be a part of the team when the draft rolls around in June?

"I think he does [stay]," Maxwell said. [Team president] Danny Ainge is looking to extend [Rondo's contract], but anything is possible once the summer comes. He's like this guy who has so many chips at the table so he'll go all in and make somebody blink with all the assets he has."
