Could LeBron James bolt Miami this offseason?
On Arbella Early Edition, Gary Tanguay and Fred Toucher discuss the idea of LeBron bolting Miami after losing in the NBA Finals.
"I understand when veterans like [Kevin] Garnett want to move from a situation where they feel like the clock is ticking," said Toucher. "LeBron James is the best player in basketball, he's 29, he's got a couple championships. You win. Build it around yourself."
Tanguay agrees, even though he knows Miami needs to add more around the Heat's star.
"We understand Dwayne Wade is not the same player," said Tanguay."We understand LeBron needs some more help, I get that…You should stay with Pat Riley, and you win, and you build the team."
Michael Felger joined the discussion. He wonders why LeBron would abandon ship.
"How bad is Miami going forward?" said Felger. "Certainly it looks like Dwayne Wade has fallen off a little bit, but he's only 32… we're not talking about Dwayne Wade like he's 40."
