BOSTON - The Celtics, beset with several injuries, are expected to sign guard Chris Babb on Saturday.

Babb, who has played with the Celtics' NBA Development League team in Maine, was the last player cut in Celtics training camp.

The addition of Babb will help offset the absence of Avery Bradley, who will miss his eighth consecutive game on Saturday night because of an ankle injury. The Celtics host the Pacers at TD Garden.

With the Maine Red Claws, the 6-5 guard has averaged 11.9 points and 6.1 rebounds per game while shooting 34.8 percent on 3s.
