BOSTON - Slowly but surely, the Celtics training camp roster is coming together.

The most recent additions are 6-foot-4 shooting guard Rodney McGruder and 6-9 forward Christian Watford.

McGruder, who went undrafted out of Kansas State in the 2013 NBA draft, spent last season with Atomerőmű SE which competes in the top-tier division in Hungary.

And Watford, a former All-Big Ten selection in 2013 who played for Indiana, spent this past season playing for Hapoel Eilat in the Israeli Super League.

Both are training camp invitees with non-guaranteed contracts.

Mark Deeks of Hoops365 first reported the signings.

Like Tim Frazier of Penn State, both McGruder and Watford are more likely to catch on with the Celtics' NBA Development League team, the Maine Red Claws, than the Celtics this season.
