Who needs the All-Star break most on the Celtics? C's insider A. Sherrod Blakely says it's Jared Sullinger.

Sullinger will have to work a little bit during the break. He's been selected to play in the NBA Rising Stars Challenge on All-Star weekend in New Orleans. He'll play with Celtics teammate Kelly Olynyk in the showcase for rookies and second-year players on Friday night.

Blakely told CSNNE Celtics sideline reporter Abby Chin that Sullinger has been shooting with four fingers on his right hand because of an injured index finger that has bothered him most of the first half of the season.

"He needs to put those hands down and do nothing," Blakely said. "On his shooting his hand, his index finger is the one's that dislocated, so he's shooting with four fingers."

Sullinger also was under the weather, but still played in the 104-92 loss to the Spurs on Wednesday night in the Celtics' final game before the break. He had only four points on 2-for-9 shooting. He could also use the time off to get over being sick.
