PHILADELPHIA – The Bruins will have a nice little Eastern Conference showdown on Saturday afternoon they tangle with the Philadelphia Flyers at the Wells Fargo Center for the first time this season. Tuukka Rask and Steve Mason will be the starting goaltenders for the Bruins and Flyers respectively, and Daniel Paille will get bumped up to third line duty with Carl Soderberg and Loui Eriksson. That leaves Jordan Caron manning the left wing on the fourth line with Gregory Campbell and Shawn Thornton, and Dougie Hamilton skating in a defensemen pair with Torey Krug.

Today marks the eighth game of a challenging nine game stretch where they play seven of those games on the road, so far they’ve put up a 3-3-1 record over that span. Saturday marks a chance to put themselves over .500 despite the schedule difficulty over the last few weeks.

Here are the forward combos and D-pairings based on the pregame warm-ups in Philly:

Lucic-Krejci-Iginla
Marchand-Bergeron-Smith
Paille-Soderberg-Eriksson
Caron-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Boychuk
Bartkowski-Miller
Krug-Hamilton

Rask
