BOSTON - The Bruins came out with few surprises for their first pregame warm-up as Tuukka Rask and Anders Lindback led the Bruins and Lightning out for the skate as the starting goaltenders. Dougie Hamilton took all the line rushes with Dennis Seidenberg in the pregame, while it appears that Matt Bartkowski will be the spare defenseman to start the season. Bartkowski led the Bruins with six points in the preseason, but also tailed off a bit defensively at the end of the preseason, and opened the door for Hamilton to seize one of the top six spots.

Krejci looked fine skating between Milan Lucic and Jarome Iginla, and – as expected – Carl Soderberg wasn’t on the ice with a sprained ankle sustained last weekend. Instead, Jordan Caron was filling in on the left wing alongside Chris Kelly and Reilly Smith on the third line.
