Neely: Bruins will not ‘overreact' after 9-2 loss

After the Boston Bruins 9-2 loss to the Los Angeles Kings, many are ready to hit the panic button.

But with the trade deadline rapidly approaching, Bruins president Cam Neely isn’t going to do anything dramatic.

“That one game certainly doesn’t make us overreact,” said Neely. “There’s no question that was a poor effort at home from us. We are 7-3-1 in the last 11. As I’ve said every time you’ve asked me this, we still would like to improve our club. But we also want to keep our picture on what we’re looking to do, not just this year, but as we move forward.”
