Mike Felger joined Arbella Early Edition to discuss Cam Neely sounding off about his frustrations on Felger and Mazz. Felger even came Neely's defense about why he got so angry.
“If you listen to the tenor of the questions last week to Claude Julien and yesterday to Cam Neely, it’s night and day,” said Felger. “Last week to Claude Julien the writers are asking things like, ‘Uh, Claude, how did it feel that you have the support of the players? Did that feel good, Claude?’ They were really soft toned questions. And yesterday they go after Neely. Maybe there’s this whole interplay there with something between Cam and Claude, and Claude’s got the writers on his side. That crap that goes on with every beat on every team; maybe that’s what Cam is frustrated about.”
