The Bruins weren't about to allow another playoff opponent to climb back into a series, eliminating the Red Wings with a 4-2 victory in Game 5.

Mike Felger and Tony Amonte have the post game reaction.

"Boston was just the better team," says Tony Amonte.

The Bruins looked strong in all areas, but there's one in particular that stands out.

"I think the biggest part of this whole series was the Boston Bruins’ power play," says Amonte.

Boston recorded two power plays in Game 5: Loui Eriksson in the first period, and Zdeno Chara in the second.

If the B's can consistently get this kind of offensive balance, they're going to be very dangerous.

"The offensive ability of the Bruins defense has become a huge factor on this team," says Felger.

The Bruins will look to stay hot when they take on the Montreal Canadiens in the second round.
